*cries* I went to work today and it was horrible! There was so much mail! And they always say I come in a bad mood; so no wonder I get a bad mood! *sniffs* And they sold Bruce Springsteen tickets today. The whole building was full of fans! And it was sold out in 15 minutes *hehe*.
And you won't believe it! I accidentely delivered a letter wrong but I thought: hey, it happens, so no biggie. (I hardly makes mistakes as far as I know) I move on and suddenly, after 3 minutes of walking, I see the owner waving with a letter. He called me ALL THE WAY back to tell me I delivered it wrong. And with a sweet innocent face he pointed where it should be delivered: his neighbour! It was for him 2 simple steps!!!!!!! I had to walk the whole way back! I get about 300-400 letters on one saterday and I've never made more than 5 mistakes on 1 day. My avarage would be 2. That's nothing! And I'm human! But he had to be soooooo nice and let me know I made a mistake. Nice indeed, but couldn't he have waited until I would have been a bit closer?! Dang how I hate those kind of people. I know it's my task to deliver letters (and preferably right) but it took much longer to call me back than to correct it himself! It was a waste of both our time!
My mom and dad don't understand why I hate that guy now. You probably won't either. I know, it's my job... but this wasn't the most logical decision!
Ehm... what more? I watched my Buzz Lightyear video. Makes me wanna finish the fanfic I was writing. I liked it. Well worth my 3 dollars.
Anyway, I wanted to try to write 2 stories today so I better write my report and finish my internet bussiness (like neopets) So. Here is....

Kitt Goes France
Chapter 2: Paris

The weather was very bad. Did I trade in my sweet beloved Netherlands for this?! My dad thought I would be bored, but I wasn't. I really enjoyed the trip. It was nice and quiet. I truly hoped the journey to Bordeaux would be just as peacefull and calm.
In Paris we took the subway to Montparnasse. I think that's a part from Paris. In the subway a group of musicians came in the coupe and played a song. It sounded not bad, but it turned out they could only play one song! And then they asked money? I also saw a small girl begging for money, but I've been warned for that. They might snatch your wallet and stuff and they can't be arrested because they are kids. And she didn't want to go away! Darn!
In Montparnasse we waited an hour before we could take the TGV to Bordeaux. We wanted to climb a certain tower (it would have said to have a great view) and it was huge... and costed money! Well, I'm not going to pay money to see a certain view you can buy on every post card. So, we just sat and watched the pigeons and some other small birds we call a 'mus'. Dunno what they are called in English. Pigeons are large and strong, but really slow. Mussen are small but with many fast. If a war would break out, who would win? My dad lot a peace of bread 'accidentally' (^_~) fall and suddenly there were pigeons and mussen everywhere! Hehe. Was fun. I saw they already had a volume containing the first 3 WITCH episodes. The 3rd one will come here within a week... I hope! WITCH is really cool; I like it; it's Anime style and from Disney! I like Irma and Hay Lin the most. And they already have Pokémon Fanbook number 22! I managed to get 17 2 days ago! What do you mean, way behind? Anyway, back to the story.
The TGV was not as luxe as the Thalys. It was very crowded and I had just the tiniest place! And all the noise! Argh! Made me wanna yell: 'shut tha ***** up!'. The way was hilly and mostly yellow. I didn't like this part. If all the trains would be like this, I would hate the train too! I drew somthing in my journal (didn't scan it >_<); it was Lady Luna.
French people (I saw) are weird. It's all push, push and let SOMEONE ELSE move away. So much rush, do these people even take the time to breathe?! And I found out they have Harry Potter here too *boohoo-crying*
My uncle and I believe his brother in law picked my dad and me up on the station of Bordeaux. They drove us to Vendays-Montalivet, where my mom would wait.
Oh, I think you might be confused now. Lemme explain. I do NOT have family living in France. My uncle and aunt were at the same camping as my mother; as well as my aunt's sister and husband. It's the same uncle and aunt that live 1 street away from us ^_^.
So, my dad and I arrived in Vendays-Montalivet. A small town somewhere 8 kilometres from the sea. I've been here before; 2 years ago. It's quite boring there. Boring people and most of the time it seems like it's stuck in the Medieval times.....

To be continued....

There. Here I am. Today I went to school to pick up my scedule. As far as I know, I can continue updating on Friday. It will come a bit later though; I mean- I have school in the morning. And the rest of my scedule is pretty.... unorganised... And soon I will have stage (intern? interm? I have no clue whatsoever!) again. I hope I don't have to go that far again.
I used school to scan all the pics I did in France. I need to resize them and stuff and it turned out I have drawn more than 50 pictures! *eeps*.
I also went to school to straighten something out. As any other normal person, I have to pay for my classes, but they lost my subscriptionthingie- so they keep on sending letters I should pay. Of course, but this time I want to make sure it arives, so I want to give it in person. One problem: No one was there!!! *growls*. Well, not my fault they will get it late!
I went shopping afterwards. I bought Kiki's Delivery service and Buzz Lightyear (the adventure begins). It was only 3 euro each! And that for disney. Hehe. Now at least I will have something to view when I am drawing again. I asked the store if they would get more anime then they already had on the shelf (because of Sailor Moon and Card Captor Sakura- which will start airing on Thuesday!!! Need tapes!!) and the guy said that if something was populair, they might get it.
For Dutch people; I was in the Intertoys. The Free Record Shop also gets more and more Anime. I also saw Ah! My Goddess there (Ah! Megami-Sama). *prays Sailor Moon will get populair*. (at least in Utrecht)

Oh well, I promissed a Journey Report! Here is part one, cuz I don't want to bore you to death because it's so long.

Kitt goes France
Chapter 1: Good Morning!

Ah, the pleasure of leaving your warm and comfy bed at 7 a.m. in the morning. Taking all the time of the world, we left on 7.45 a.m., got a tram too early and yes, believe it or not, I got wet! Nope, not from the rain (yes, it also rained ~_~). You know the fact that sometimes water stays on the ashfalt (?). And that if a certain taxi rides very hard and doesn't look where he rides sometimes the water simply splashes up? And that if a certain person stands next to that place, that certain person becomes wet? Need to say more?
And all those people laughing and one even said: 'You should look out'. I hope that person talked to the driver (who grinningly apologised) and not to me. I think that driver did it on purpose (Evil taxi driver!)
Oh well, I thought that I would dry as long as I would stay inside. And I did!
But dang, how wet it was outside. Rain, rain, and a dash of rain, mixed with a splash of rain.
We took a train too early to Rotterdam so we had all the time of the world and the whole coupé too! Hehe, for once we did very antisocial. We took 4 benches all for ourselves!
After staying a while in Rotterdam, we took the Thalys to Paris. A lot of times someone said something through the intercom, but it was in French and guess what: I'm DUTCH! I didn't understood a thing of it!
I was in First Class and DANG that's great! All the space of the world! Nice comfy chairs, a place for your laptop, and, who could forget them, girly girls with discmans way too loud! It was a bumpy road and of course I saw rain. Because I couldn't draw, I thought a lot about Serenay Moon; about how I could combine certain stories/ideas with the mini series Little Wish. I should be able to continue it next week (I also have a surprise chapter, eppie 53, and 2 chapters for Maryoku; a great Dutch story- so much to do and so little time!).
In the train we bought subway tickets. We needed them to get to Montparnasse (that's somewhere in Paris I believe). After that my dad and I went back to our chairs. Because of the glass above me I could easily spy on the person behind me. *grin*. Yup, I couldn't do much in that train besides writing in my journey-journal.
In Belgium I found out that they are just as good in making railroadtracks as just simple roads *goes to left* Really bumpy and *goes to right* well, not horizontal *goes back to left*. Sometimes I thought I would be faster by bike. My dad said the journey was fast though. wacko.
After a while, I thought Belgium looked like Prague (you know, the place with 8 meters of water too much). I don't understand why some people hate the train. I love traveling by train; especially when you have some place to breath. Suddenly I heard something familiar: 'So I say thank you for the music, the songs I'm singing . Thanks for all the joy they are bringing. Who can live without them, I ask you all honestly, what would life beeeeeeeeeeee.' Yup, Abba. Hehe. Beats Frans Bauer and Jan(tje) Smit ANY TIME! They are horrible (they are Dutch singers and I hate them).
There was also a 'bing' that would tell people when the train would move again. Well... 'bing'...? Ehm.... you know the sound a boat makes in the mist to let other boats know it's around? Well, it was almost the same volume and annoying tone.
At 12.15 I wrote in my journey-journal I reached France. And this is where I end.... bored to death already?

To be continued (unless you don't want me to)......

I'm home!
What tha freak happened here?! I typed in my page adress and I got some sucky sex page! Anyway, I need to get things back on track again so I'll post a vacation report asap!

Saturday, August 03, 2002

Yup, it was this time of the week again! Work! I went quite happy, after all, tomorrow I'm leaving for France and I don't have to work for 3 whole weeks! *wai* Unfortunately they forgot to mention because of the summer, I had to do extra work again. Luckily they decided I didn't have to do that much and it really was little extra work!! *wai part 2*. So, I left and walked my block... and it started to rain. Because they said it wouldn't rain untill the afternoon, I disconnected the sleeves from my jacket. So, it rained... and rained.... and my shirt was getting wet... and cold.. and wet.... *no more wai* And then you have those smart people in their warm and dry houses: 'Terrible weather, ne?'. Well, duh! No, I just LOOOOVE *sarcasm* this kind of weather. I love being a drowned cat (dutch expression) and catching a cold!
Anyway, I went home and got a nice warm shower and put on some dry clothes *feels warm and fuzzy now*
What happened yesterday? Oh, you don't wanna know! Honestly! Anyway, I finished the last page of the calendar and... well... the black and white version looks way better ~_~. *sniffs*

I'll be leaving for France tomorrow morning. I hope I won't miss the computer and my friends too much *sniffs and hugs computer* How will you be able to survive without me?! I'm supposed to get back in the night from 29th to 30th but I'll let you know by posting a small message. Feel free to e-mail me; my account is cleaned up and I can have a lot there. I just can't reply =S.
Oh well, here is the last thing for now.... if something new comes in I'll edit it underneath this line.
If there is a edit, it will appear here!!

Okay, now I'm having a small problem. I wrote a Serenay Moon Special and I am doubting wether to keep it or considering it as a 'lost episode'. Please help me decide. Please comment on this Special and tell me if you like it or not. And please be honest. If you don't care if it gets posted, please tell me that too!

Kiss,
Kitt

Special XXIII: The last one

He enjoyed laying in the field. Hidden between the bushes, he looked at the sky. He placed back the white stick in his mouth and inhaled.
"Derak!"
Derak shot up and saw an image of Lady Gaia; her arms crossed and with an angry face. "Jeez, why did you scare me like this?" He replied cursing. "You were that Gaia one, right?"
"Derak, you put out that cigarette right now!" The small image of the Guardian of the Earth pointed at the ground. "Are you crazy?!"
"But..." Derak tried.
Lady Gaia fumed with anger. "No, I will not let you destroy your own lunges on that primitive way! I don't care if you want to celebrate Aletheia's defeat, I want that cigarette out NOW!"
Growling Derak obeyed and threw away the cigarette. "Why are you so worried anyway?" He asked. "They are my lunges and you are not my mother!"
For a moment, Lady Gaia hesitated. "Maybe not, but I don't want you dead before you reach Chibi Kim. Have you ever seen what smoking does to your body?" She then spotted the cigarette. "And put it out! Do you want to start a forest fire? I thought you cared about the earth!"
"Stop worrying!" Derak walked at the cigarette. "It is my life."
"I don't care. Do you know why girls don't want to go out with you?" Lady Gaia decided to play hard. "No one wants to go out with a walking ash can. Smoking is very bad for you and you know that!" She saw Derak pushing out the cigarette. "And don't you dare smoking again!"
"Gosh, give me a break!" Derak sighed. "I already agreed with going on this stupid trip, so stop whining!"
"If you won't believe me how destructive smoking is, you'll have to find it out the hard way." Lady Gaia vanished. "If you want asphalt lunges and bad looks when you are 30, then so be it. You'll die young while you look old and I doubt it if you will ever find a girlfriend this way."
The words were harsh and cold and Derak sighed. Growling, he decided to join his friends. "Over protective woman." He whispered. "Why does she care anyway? I now have only one cigarette left. And I guess you can't buy them here."

When Derak reached his friends, Mika just finished combing her hair. "I need a new brush Moka." She said. "This one clashes with my hair. I want one like Kitty; hers is pretty." Mika then noticed something. "Ewh, what is that for a smell?"
Zach, Kitt and Moka sniffed also. "Gross!" Moka said and coughed.
"Derak!" Kitt yelled. "Have you been smoking again?! Gross!"
Zach waved with his hand. "I don't care if you want to destroy your own body, but I chose to keep my lunges tar-free."
Being in the worst mood ever, Derak didn't reply. He just sat down and took Lyric's flute. She sacrificed her life only a day ago and the wounds were still fresh. Softly, he started polishing the small flute with the beautiful sound. When Lyric's brother gave the flute to Derak, he suddenly knew how to play the Song of Hope. It was just as in the story Fanen told: the music just popped into his head. Maybe this flute was magical and that, whoever touched it, would be able to play its most famous song.
"I think we should go on." Zach decided.
Kitt nodded. "As long as Derak walks downwind. I don't know why people want to smoke. It's so disgusting."
Moka looked at Kitt. "It's an addiction. Most of the time, people only smoke so people would consider them as being 'cool'." He explained. "It's said to give an attitude."
"And a bad breath." Mika added. "I don't think anyone who smokes is cool. It's much harder to say 'no' than to say 'yes'." Moka sweated for a moment. "I admire anyone who stands up for themselves and dares to be who they really are." Moka sighed depressed.
Zach smiled when he saw Moka's sad face. "Okay, let's go. Derak, are you coming?"
Derak stood up with a bad mood and walked towards Zach. While he tucked the flute into his jacket, he grumbled a few words and all left.

After a while, Zach and his friends reached a village. While they walked through the streets, they saw people gazing at them.
"Why are they staring at us?" Mika asked.
Moka looked around. "Well, it's not like we blend in...." He noticed that everyone in the village was wearing something completely different from their own style. "It's like time was stopped here; it looks really medieval."
At that moment, a child ran through the streets. Without looking, the child bashed against Zach. Both Zach and the boy fell and rubbed their sore places. "Ah, watch out kid." Zach said.
The boy looked up and then pointed scared. "It's him!"
Zach looked around. "Who, me?" He asked. "Are you talking about me kid?"
"He's back!" The boy jumped up and ran towards his mother. "It's that mean boy again!"
"Huh?" Kitt helped Zach up. "Zach, what have you done this time?"
"I don't know, I swear it!" Zach looked around while the villagers gathered around him. "They must be mistaking!"
Derak tapped on Zach's shoulder. "Ehm, I think that's our problem."
All looked aside and saw a reward posted. It was in black and white, but the boy on the poster looked almost the same as Zach. Only, this boy had a scar over his face. "Oo, that's why." Kitt nodded understanding. "He looks cute; what's his name?"
"Kitt!" Zach pulled Kitt back and looked angry at her. "Excuse me, there seems to be a misunderstanding. I'm not that boy over there."
"Give me back my baby's bottle!" A woman with child yelled.
An older man raised his stick. "And give me my rocking chair back!"
"My frying pan!"
"My prized green carrots!"
"But I'm not..." Zach tried.
Moka pulled Zach along. "I don't think they'll be the talking types. Run!"
All followed Moka's suggestion and got chased all over the villages. From one side to another and the whole way back again. Through streets with shops till the peaceful school; no detail was missed on this sightseeing tour... if it wasn't for the fact that Zach and his friends were too busy with fleeing from the angry crowd.
"Isn't there... a way out?" Mika asked. "Oo, that shop window is like a mirror!" She stopped for a moment but Moka pulled her along.
"Yeah..." Derak huffed. "I can't... keep this... much longer." He stopped running and tried to catch his breath.
Kitt looked around. "I told you to quit smoking!" She yelled. "Your condition would have been a lot better without!"
"Well, I'm so sorry!" Derak snapped angry. "I'll try to remind that in my next life!"
"You should." Kitt pulled Derak up. "I'm glad you finally see the dangers of smoking."
"I just wished he saw it a lot sooner." Zach stepped back. "Any last wishes?"
Kitt and Derak looked up and saw that they were surrounded. While the crowd closed in, Zach and his friends got led towards a shed with hay.
"Can't we talk about this?" Zach asked.
"You coward!" A man yelled. "Now you want to talk! Well, it's too late for that boy. You should have considered that before you stole everything from it."
"Let's grab him!" A woman raised a pitchfork. "Take him to the brick!"
"Hey, just wait a minute!" Kitt yelled. "Who do you think you are? Doesn't he get some kind of trial first?"
The old man stepped forward. "He had one, only he was not present."
"Oh." Kitt didn't know what to say. "Isn't that quite unfair?"
"Not in this town." The old man raised his stick again. "And you are his comrades so you'll pay too!"
Moka checked his wallet. "Well, I don't have that much, but...."
"With your lives!"
"Hold up!" All looked at Derak. "If you want to kill me, without any reason I may add, please grand me a last wish."
"That won't help you sonny." Another man said. "What is your wish?"
Derak took his last cigarette. "Let me have this last one."
The whole town looked with a face of disgust. "A cigarette?! How primitive!" One said.
Derak lid his last cigarette. "I'm so disappointed in you Derak." Kitt said. "We are about to get killed by an angry mob and you go smoking?"
"I thought you finally realised how bad smoking was." Mika looked with a sad face too. "I'm gonna die while my hair smells like an ashtray!"
Derak looked furious at them and threw away the cigarette. "So, you aren't going to grand me this last thing?"
"Well, no." Moka said. "You know how we think about smoking."
"Fine, then my other wish is you kill him first!" Derak pointed at Zach.
Zach became pale. "But..." He couldn't say more.
"That was so low of you Derak." Kitt said with a face of disgust. She looked away and then saw the cigarette. It landed between the dry hay and she saw it fuming. "On second thought..." She said with a smile. "You should take him first."
"Kitt?" Zach asked with a trembling voice.
Derak looked at Kitt and saw Kitt smiling. He then knew what she knew. He smiled. "Yeah, and you can have those 2 kids too!" He pointed at Mika and Moka.
"Not us!" Moka yelled.
"I'm too cute to die!"
The hay started to get on fire. While the smoke slowly grew, Zach and his friends were arguing about who would die first. All were pointing at the other, when suddenly a woman pointed at the shed. "FIRE!" She yelled.
Zach looked at the haystack and saw the fire. He then looked at a smiling Kitt and Derak. He smiled too. "Let's see what happens when you add fire to fire!" Zach aimed his hands. "Zako Y Chosen!"
The haystack was now completely on fire and the village forgot all about Zach and his friends. While they tried to put the big fire out, Zach and his friends managed to get out of the village.

After a while, all hid in the forest near the village. Kitt and Derak did a high five. "Great idea Derak!" Kitt complimented.
Derak smiled. "Actually, it was Lady Gaia who gave me this idea."
Zach gave Derak a hand. "Sorry I doubted on you."
"It's okay." Derak said. "But after today... I'm certain of it."
"Of what?" Mika asked.
"I will never touch a cigarette in my life again!"

The end.

*cries waterfalls of tears* Silent Angel's Page is gooooooooooooooooonne *sniffs*
I didn't do much yesterday. Dang, how my back hurts, I don't know! But it's killing me. OKay, actually I know the reason and I can't do anything against it. *sighs* Yesterday I drew 2 pages; if I remember well The Dragon and the Earth. My sister came home and said: 'Ehm... I don't want to say much but eh... she looks green.' I then took The Dragon page and replied: 'And look, she is purple!!'. She was only kidding though; she knows what I am doing and when I'll go to France, I'll leave her behind to guard my art ^_^.
What more? I watched Lion King II during the Dragon and Early edition when I finished The Earth.
It finally rains here! Yahoo! Too bad it's also cold too- and I already don't feel that well! >_<. Oh well, I bet my back acking things will end soon. Today I'll try to do at least 1.5 page. Tonight me and my dad will go shopping in Utrecht (oh, must remember to buy a new tramcard!) to buy some stuff. I'm gonna look if there will be a new Sailor Moon or Tenchi Manga.
My English is better than most people from my class but still I need to re-read English comics/ manga's at least 3 or 4 times to understand it. Text I don't have a problem with, I do with comics. I wonder why.
