Weird, weird day...

Well, last night's dream was so not intresting. Even left a bad aftertaste. At least 1 of my friends showed up, making it not a complete wasted dream. I think I'm so used to him being online every time I am online... ^_^ I think I miss him! But that's okay, I will see him soon and soon I will be gone for vacation.

Work was okay. I overheard they want people to change their scedules. When I applied for the job, working in the evening was optional. After I was employed, one evening was suddenly obligated. Okay, guess that could be true... and now, suddenly, it's 2 evenings?! Trust me, I WILL read the next contract VERY carefully. Also, I've also already changed it and will hand it in monday. I will beat them to it; HA!

And the worst thing of all is that I actually help out my mom with it too XD And the neighbours. Seriously. Because this way, someone can watch the dogs tuesdaymorning and thursdaymorning, when my mom is gone.
But it does mean I have to work tuesdayevening and thursdayevening... that is, if they accept this change I made for them. I'll also go from 31 hours to 32 hours, becoming a Full Timer officially. No idea how I did that, because my calculations say there is no change... So what the heck am I missing???!

Awwww, how cute!!

I had a cute dream last night ^_^ It was a bit vague, so it might be tricky to explain it in a short blog post.

The setting. A magical world. Me and my friends (all girls) had magical powers and we had graduated froma Magical High School. Kinda like WITCH meets Winx meets Harry Potter. Only girls had magical powers in that settings. And guess what my powers were? How did you know it was water O.o??? --- yes, that was sarcasm. Some people I know don't know when I'm using sarcasm. They think I'm trying to be funny or so then, while it's drop dead sarcasm.

Anyway, a new enemy arised and our headmistress called us back to the school. It was the safest place for us. And because my friends and me were popular (they were the most popular, I was tagging along) there were big parties. One of the boyfriends of my friends knew a guy who was single, my friends knew I was single... so they decided that 1 + 1 must mean 2.

They introduced me to the guy. Black clothes, few piercings in his ears, DJ and playing keyboard in a band. I never caught his name... but the boys really pushed him towards me and I never got the hint XP The boy btw, was about my size.
Anyway, a tall boy dragged me to the dancefloor and we started to dance (seriously, I can't dance XD) but once again the DJ-boy was told: "Go dance with her! She's cute, isn't she?!" (My dream people are really flattering XD). But he was too shy... (awwww)

Eventually, the girls and me found out that the strange dangerous energy came from a tv, so we decided to ignore any advice the headmistress gave us and jumped into the tv (hey, it was a HUGE tv, okay?). The boyfriends saw this and didn't want to stay behind, so wanted to follow us... and dragged poor DJ-boy along. He didn't want to, since he wasn't my boyfriend and all that stuff was new to him, but he was litterary dragged along.

The world in the TV was perfect. Really perfect. We could get anything we wanted for free and I noticed that DJ-boy had an awesome taste when it came to colours: turquoise (blue). I complimented him about it, but that was all.

For a fragment moment, it was revealed that all was hypnotism, so we were fooled, but more and more we forgot about what we came to do and where we came from. Due to the hypnotism, the DJ-boy and I believed we had always been boyfriend and girlfriend and lived together in a house.

One day, he started playing on his keyboard. A little tune... only a few notes... and I realised that this was all fake. He too remembered; we weren't a couple! (Though if we both had to admit...) So, I unleashed my water powers to the enemy who found out that I knew and DJ-boy did the best he could.

And trust me, water does not work well on machines...

But during the battle, I woke up! T_T Waaaah! Now I'll never know if we managed to get out and what DJ-boy's name was... *sighs*

But it was a cute dream ^_^

Breathe, people, BREATHE!

Man, it was busy at work today O.o It felt like I was the only one who could answer my department's phone! No real tough customers though, so that was awesome. Seems like people start to think things through, for a change XP Seriously, I only had people with REAL problems today!

... And I managed to solve almost everything ^_^. Some things couldn't be done by me, so HQ for that!! =D

Other than that... did my Pen-i stock, working for a paid assignment... Will do my website later on tonight. Might do some gaming.

I got Pokemon Battle Revolution. I still have NO IDEA how you can get a new rental pass; according to the receptionist, it should be available. Thus far 22 battles, 21 wins, 1 loss. Yes, I am that awesome XP The last battle was the trickiest one. Best out of 5 and against the Colloseum Owner or whatever it's called. Loss-Win-Win-Loss-Win. I have a steady pattern thus far, but the next battle set should be 'you don't know which pokemon will battle which pokemon', so a challenge! =D

Almost forgot to post here!

I'm sorry, everyone XD Almost forgot to post. Thing is, my grandma is staying the night (she has to go to our hospital for a check up really early in the morning), so she sleeps downstairs... where my laptop is XD So, I sneaked along my mini laptop and am now typing on the attic, my room. Only my mini has good reception there.

Anyway, today was a long day. 8 hours of work... it wasn't very busy (well, asides the 'yes, there is indeed a technical error on our website' calls - about half of the calls I got) and nothing intresting happened. Well, I'm sorry XD. It's a Customer Service! What did you expect? Dancing the Hula when a SMART customer calls??!

Like we'd ever have a Smart Customer (okay, that is just kidding! We have plenty of customers who are smart and have real issues/problems. We just have a lot more idiots. "The website says there's a technical error... so, is there a technical error or so??" -- YOU THINK?!)

Wasting a day usefully?

I swear, I honestly tried to waste the day away... and what happens? I do an OkĂșta strip, I burn a couple of files on DVDs... crap, I actually did USEFUL stuff XD Crap, I so tried to waste today away XP. I might go drawing tonight...

And now I'm watching Roseanne... wow... oooold XD And makes me feel way old too XP.

It's dark outside ¬¬.... the Rain... The Rain is out to get meeeeee!!!

(yes, today I had too much spare time... and wow... there is the Rain O.o)

Sunday, July 26, 2009

Finished!!... for now XD

Today I worked really hard and finished my Secret Project!... well, kinda XD I still need to make special drawings and it needs to be checked for typo's. But I am proud. There are some glitches already (like the font that doesn't want to be transferred to the pdf file... except the title O.o), but I have about a week to get those out of the file. I asked my dad to print it out, so it can be taken along to France, so I can check it in the vacation. But no matter how often you look, no matter how detailed... you'll end up being blind for your typos. Hence why my dad will check as well.
Hence why I hope my mom will check as well XP.
Anyway, that was my day. My butt hurts from sitting too much XD

Limitations

Having a blog has some huge limitations. Especially if your friends follow your blog.

If I have a crush on someone, I can't tell that person it is him online.

If I have a dream about a person, who rescued me on a romantic way, I can't type his name. He might think I want more with him than just friendship.

If I got a terrible gift from a friend, I can't say it in my blog. I don't want to be ungrateful (even though some of my friends are ¬¬) but even I get gifts I simply don't like.

If a friend is acting like a complete idiot, I can't type that. I might lose his friendship and I don't want that.

If a friend truely hurt my feelings, I can't rant about it online. That person might read it, or someone else might think it's about him, ruining that friendship.

A blog has so many limitations; so many things you can't type while you still want to. So many times I want to scream: MIRROR! But in the end....

*sighs*

At moments like that, I just want to close the computer forever; pull the plug of the internet. While those annoying people will be gone then, my dear friends will be gone as well.

I don't want to miss my friends. I love my friends.

And my dad, btw XP. We went shopping today. He bought me dinner, I bought him DVDs ^_^ And I bought 2 new Wii Games: Pokemon Battle Revolution and Mario Galaxy. And I got Sports Resort + an additional new sensor thingie. And I bought some Manga; Including SinFest Volume 1 :D

Let's focus on the good things. You know, I think I should do this more often: First the bad things and then ending with the good things. The bad things will be put away, the good things will stay.

Wow, awesome. I should try that more often. Rant about the bad, focus on the good. I already try to do that when giving critism with bad first and focus on the good, maybe I should put this into action myself as well. For me, that is.

I am happy :)

Let's stay that way!

Customer Service; what we have to put up with

*telephone rings*

Me: Hello, welcome at *bla, bla, bla*, how may I assist you?
Him: I want to file a complaint; how dare you all!!
Me: Eh... okay, what is the complaint?
Him: You are sending me e-mails! I specifically said I did not want ANY kind of e-mails when I would sign up; no service e-mails!
Me: Oh, what did you get?
Him: The one where you are offering me gifts!

*brain mode: Eh... you complain because we give you GIFTS?! Given horse and mouth, anyone?*

Me: Oh, but sir...
Him: You are sending me SPAM! I do not want SPAM!
Me: But sir...
Him: What you people are doing is illegal! I will report you all!
Me: Sir, would you be so kind to not yell so me, so I can answer your question?
Him: I AM NOT YELLING!!!

*brain mode: Obviously, the two of us have a different point of view of yelling.*

Me: Sir, you did not get our newsletter, which you have said you didn't want to get. A service e-mail is not part of that, it's a service.
Him: I DO NOT WANT THAT! And if I will ever receive one again, I will report you to the OPTA!

*note: the OPTA is a Dutch Institution where you can report malificent PHONE companies; like people who call you, doing offers (telemarketing), or phone companies that send you bills while you have not used their services. Too bad I didn't think of that DURING the conversation.*

Me: All right, sir, I will ask the head office to remove you from ALL mail-services.
Him: You are SPAMming! SPAMming is ILLEGAL!

*afterwards thought: Ehm, there are dozen institutions who send you gifts over postal mail, like greeting cards you can use. You never apply for that... do you call those organisations as well, complaining you got their free gifts? (If he does that too, you should know that he would call organisations like Cancer Funds and Orphans of the Third World... I can actually see him doing that.) Anyway, insert a few more minutes of impolite ranting, yelling and falsely accusing.*

Him: And I swear I will do it! I will report you to the OPTA!
Me: You are welcome to. Any other questions? No? Have a nice day sir!

Gaaaaah, people like that SOOOO steam me up! The guy sounded about 40 years old; no doubt he'll get a heart attack within the next 5 years. Not that I want him to get an attack, but seriously, if you verbally abuse someone you don't know because you got a GIFT, then you are too stressed for your own good.

My TeamLeader heard about the conversation and replied: "Ehm... what's wrong with the DELETE button?"

I hope that guy gets either thrown from our system, gets NO MAILS whatsoever any more (HA! That way you'll never know when your order will be shipped! >=D) or that he gets signed up for every newsletter in the world. HA!

I wonder what the main office will reply....

But I don't wannaaaaaaa~

I just don't know WHAT I don´t want XD And why can't I sleep long when I CAN sleep long? Well, at least I'm nice on scedule :) Tomorrow the Pen-i stock and maybe I can continue my secret project... FINALLY!

But let's survive work first XP

Wednesday, July 22, 2009

NOW I finally have something to say!

I had nothing to say. So I made a post with some links, because everything was... 'nothing to tell about'.

But now Blogger deleted my post ¬¬ So I finally have something to complain about! Darn you Blogger! *shakes fist*

Also, I HATE construction that starts at 6:30 am! NORMAL people SLEEP then!!

Nothing to see, move along!

Oh, it seems Blogger saved my post... somewhere... Sorry for the 'Shake Fist' Blogger *hugs* All love now!

I seriously have nothing to post. Nothing about work, nothing about home... not even the weather! Poor me!!

.... so, instead of that: LINKS

That was about it XP Today, somewhere, I will also update the Serenay Moon site. But my mini laptop is upstairs and I am downstairs

Tuesday, July 21, 2009

Wow... things were floating!

The whole day it was humid, moist, warm and... not pleasant at all. So FINALLY, about half an hour ago, rain and a little bit of thunder sets in. And then... WOOSH! Rain, rain, rain!... wait, my dreams this morning included a lot of rain as well. This is getting too much of a coincidence O.o

Anyway, there was so much rain the streets couldn't keep up, so there was a tiny film of water on the bricks XP Actually quite cute, since it was small. Plus, it's gone now. And the sun is shining O.o Why is the sun shining?! It's evening!!

Other than that: work was work. Nothing special.

... Wow, that was really everything O.o Honestly nothing to tell! I plan on sending the FY newsletter tonight and draw a Pen-i, but other than that... maybe gaming or drawing...

Eeks!

The title has no meaning at all. I knew no title. Anyway... hiya all. My brain has been missing ever since 2 p.m. If anyone has seen it, please let me know.

Other than that, work was fine. Had a discussion about a guy who was ticked off because our search engine was 'absolutely crap'. What was he looking for? 'It' by Stephen King.

... yes, 'It'. The fact that it's one of the most used words in the English language did not make him think that ALL search engines have trouble with such a search entry. Type in 'it' in google and see if it actually gets a result you can work with...

Other than that: switch cards and did some shopping. Bought cookies. Bought a blue pepper and salt grinder. Bought some Turtle Pencils. Bought more cookies. Lotsa them.

Oh crap, need to put the pump back on on the aquarium. Sorry fishies!!

There, back. After that, bought some bread. Saw the store had Spa Exotic, my absolute FAV drink! So, I bought 4 bottles XP.

That was about it. Got a last minute appointment to see if I can get some place for drawing lessons. *nods* Let's see how that goes :)

Sad dreams...

I had a sad dream last night; one that really makes me think if I want to apply at the position they have open at work.

I dreamed that there was going to be a fieldtrip, mixed with a competition. I was completely chaotic, forgetting a lot of stuff. I also had an argument with little kids, because I yelled at them. They had deliberately thrown a ball onto a busy street, knowing my dog would follow. Luckily, nothing happened to my dog (and luckily it was a dream!)

Anyway, we left by bike, a colleage and me. When I look up to a person, or when I like being with someone, I sometimes tend to cling. I try to give them some space, but appearantly, the space I gave my colleage was not enough. I overheard her complaining to other colleages that someone was totally clinging to her. I hoped she wasn't talking about me... even gave her more space... but I still got a letter from her, where she expressed her discontent with me...

"So, you were talking about me after all..." I whispered, folding the note and putting up a smile. "That's okay. I understand."

But my smile was fake and I knew I wasn't welcome in the group any more. On a silent moment, I packed my bags and wanted to leave, until I met a friend, who was part of another team. I cried when I told him I had to leave; I didn't want to ruin the fun for the others. He insisted I had to stay, or had to join his team. He didn't want me to leave!
I was determined the leave, so my friend stole my bike key and told me to wait. Since my bike wouldn't move without that key, I had to wait... and when he came back, he told me had had told his team he had to help out a friend and had to quit the team.

"Now we'll be a team together!"

Not much later, another friend joined us; he too quit the team when our mutual friend had quit. I think he quit because the other one quit, not because of me XD But the three of us were now a team... We had to solve puzzles, get items...

While I felt bad about what my team had done to me, I was happy these two boys were there for me. We had fun, but I kept on worrying they wouldn't have as much fun as when they would have been with their teams...

And when I woke up, I worried I had clinged to those boys too much, when I had last seen them. They too have lives and friends... but when I see them, I actually want them to pay attention to me. I like them so much... they are such dear friends...

But part of me wonders if they see me like that as well...

Videorecorder Bai-Bai? :(

Last night, right before getting to bed, I noticed my Videorecorder was... out? Strange, there should be a time displayed. Was the plug out? No, it was not. I put the plug in another spot... still no numbers.
What... had... had my VCR died??? NOOOOO T_T.... and what about the tape that was left inside?
I removed my VCR and put it in a plug on the other side of my room. It worked??! I pulled out the VHS tape and figured: let's think about it tomorrow.
But the next day... no numbers. No nothing. No matter which hole I plugged it in! I brought it downstairs, plugged it in... and it worked again! But later that afternoon... again no numbers...
So, our guess is something in the plug or the 'cord' is broken XP It has no priority, so we'll look at it some day...

Anyway, I moved the Wii to my room (I think I'm gonna play some games soon...) and my dad moved my couch and chair. We cleaned up a bit... and I started working on some assignments and stuff. Tonight I planned to work on my secret project again! Yay! Was about time!

And yes, it's a SECRET! XD Don't ask me what it is; only 2-3 people know about this XP

Chaos in my mind

I don't have much to do, but my head is not convinced XD My head is in total chaos! I only have to draw 2 mini comics today and make sketches for a new project. I also have to pay a bill for a DVD-order that finally got delivered after a month of delays XP

Yes, Kitty bought a DVD. I even bought 3 DVDs today! Ha! Kitty is being all LEGAL =D

Anyway, I have some other stuff to do, but this is priority. And I have 2 full days and 1 half day. That should be VERY possible!

So why does my head need convincing XD?

Thursday, July 16, 2009

So, yeah

I have a lot of stuff to do so I thought: hey, let's go to work and take my Pen-i stuff along! So I planned, so I did... forgetting to take my pencils and pens along ¬¬! I had the paper, I had the idea... just no way to draw it! ARGH!

Other than that... only secret projects. Ooooonly secrets.

And my Hancock DVD FINALLY shipped *sighs*

But where the heck is my dad?!

Wednesday, July 15, 2009

Farewell, my sweet bike...

Farewell, my sweet bike. You've been my trusty steed for about 10 years... but you are old now. You simply are kept together by a few bolts. You are not... you are...

If you know me, you'd know that I get attached to a lot of things. Even simple objects as a spoon, a blunt knife... a bike. Especially if it has been my loyal partner for about 10 years! But lately, the chains of my bike kept on missing the teeth of the...whatever it may be called. I couldn't kick the peddles normally any more. While it wasn't an issue most of the time... I knew I had to say good bye the day I couldn't get up a simple traffic bump any more...

I had to get a new bike. While I got a new bike that same day (after browsing 5 stores ¬¬), only now we have decided my old bike had to go. But, not just like that!

First I made pictures, so I can remember my Blue Lightning ^_^. Then, we took from it what is still fairly good. Like the saddle. My new saddle is very annoying and hard.
Like the brakes. While the brakes were used, they were replaced only a few months ago. I wanted to keep them, in case a future bike suddenly gets untrusty brakes. That way we can replace them and safely take the bike to the bike shop XP. I won't replace them until they get untrusty as well, but it will get me safely across the street.
We also took off the lock. I mean, we still have the key (usually that's an issue XD) and it's from AXA. AXA is a very good brand of bike locks. You never know if you might need a last-minute lock!
My dad also took off the hand-grips from the steer. I don't know why. Appearantly they were good enough.
We didn't take off the lights... since they never worked in the first place (it was already a second hand bike, bought for 150 Guilders (about 75 euro's; about 80 dollars). Now I have an actual working light O.o.

But my bike (a 'Gazelle' (Alternative) Town Bike)had a good long life. I don't know how old it was when I got it, but probably already about three-five years. So my bike lived about 15 years, not even failing me when I had my job as Newspaper Deliverer and Post/Mail Deliverer (and newspapers and mail are HEAVY!). Sure, I had my occasional flat tires, but that stopped the moment I got special inside-tires XP. Ones that don't get punctured that easily. For a moment, I thought about keeping the wheels as well, but to find a bike in the far away future to match that tire... the rubber would be totally desintegrated by then *sighs*

I'll miss my bike. But, sometimes you have to say goodbye to your childhood memories. Sometimes you can't keep something alive forever. I'll live. I'll feel better in a day or two. Call me crazy, but that's just how I am. I'll feel the same when I'll have to say good bye to my High School Backpack (A yellow 'Kipling'), which has been my trusty partner for about 12 years now. It's just... they've been with me for so long...

I won't cry.
But I will miss my bike...

Tuesday, July 14, 2009

It's tuesday!

And trust me, I am the one who needs convincing.

Anyway, after work I hurried to Dougurasu's birthday, because I wanted to surprise him. Just missed the bus by a few minutes, just missed the train... and because he was picking up someone else from the trainstation, he saw me arrive T_T There went the surprise! Oh well, I had a lot of fun. Plus learned to play a new game.

The new game was somewhat like an RPG and you had to find out who the werewolves of the game were. In the last round, I finally totally understood the game! And I won too XD Maybe next time I'll get things faster, so I can enjoy it faster.

On the way back, I barely NOT missed the train, but just missed both the bus AND the tram. Crap. And now I'm rushing to do everything online.

I have about 10 minutes left. KYAAAH!

Monday, July 13, 2009

Head has calmed down!

I'm feelling way better =D It was my own fault, I know I get massive headaches if I don't drink well enough. Thing is: I drank more than usual yesterday!! O.o

Anyway, first saturday:
Nothing happened. Made 2 references. There, that was saturday.

Sunday:

I had planned to go to the zoo with Dougurasu. He needed footage for a video he was creating and needed someone to watch his stuff. This day looked awefully discouraging; rain, rain and rain!
First we walked around in the zoo and I showed him where my sister had married in that same zoo. I hadn't been able to see much of the zoo during the wedding, so I was pleased to see the animals now XD
We also went through the new Dino Forest. Has been a while since I saw Dino's! I loved them as a kid and childhood memories floated by once more *sighs*
Eventually, we decided to shoot the footage, despite of the rain. Amazing that parents let their children on a slippy, dirty, play-thingie! Halfway we had to stop because the rain became worse, but eventually we managed to record all.

And then... THE SUN! XD When it was not needed any more, the sun went all shine-shine! Darn you XD We did a few more recordings in the Dino Forest and afterwards Dougurasu invited me for dinner. The headache became less during dinner, but kicked back in after I left the house. It became worse and worse and I knew drinking would not help a single thing any more.

I let my dad know I was heading for bed early, so that I wouldn't be awake when he would come home. I also called Uumie, because I accidentally worried the heck out of her when I called her on saturday, but couldn't reach her. She's so understanding; she must have heard I felt like crap, talking like a zombie on the phone XD She told me not to strain myself...

AND I SHOULD LISTEN TO HER XD! Because when I came home, did I went straight for bed? No, wait, I first had to check if I had to work on monday. Oh wait, let's answer mail. Oh wait, let's feed my neopets. Oh wait, let's feed my Gaia fish!
... and then the clock suddenly said *40 minutes later* I went to bed, but my headache had never been this bad (due to my own fault; again!) and it's still not completely away.

So, the lessons of the day:

- Drink enough fluids when you are a day out, especially if it's rainy
- Lettuce (Salad) can be tasty!
- LISTEN to what La Uum advises
- ACT to such an advice
- Get to bed when you say you are going to bed, instead of breaking your head with a computer screen!

Multi-Multi Tasking

Well, here I am again. Nothing happened at work, so I can be quick about that. I did have a crappy dream, with lotsa people dying and freezing to death, so let's forget about that dream asap.

Leaves me with... nothing, actually. I'm currently doing all of this at the same time (on 2 computers):
  • Typing this blog
  • Checking for mail/messages etc
  • Loading Haruhi Suzumiya on YouTube
  • Playing Sims 1 (they seem to be getting autono...auto... ehm... taking care of themselves now XP)
  • Next up: doing Gaia Online
    Next Next Up: Secret Project

So, yeah, I'm a typical woman ;)

So, that leaves me with 1 thing: explaining what 'Empty' means in my To Do List. Some people seem to be thinking that 'Empty' means I absolutely have nothing to do. Well, I'm sorry, but I ALWAYS have plenty to do. 'Empty' just means I don't have to leave the house or that I have something private to do. Trust me... my days are NEVER empty XD

Hopelessly Romantic

Hi-hi!

I had the most awesome dream last night. It included a castle, a prince, a curse... all it was missing, was a white horse XP. And okay, it was a Themeparc Castle and a Themeparc Prince... but a real curse!

I dreamed that I went to a Themeparc with a huge castle. The story went that the people inside the castle only came out once a year and that the castle was cursed. The people were trapped inside, asleep for a year, unless a girl would stay inside that castle out of her own free will. (and thus sleeping along for a year as well). All tourists thought this was a story, but it turned out it was real!

But alas, the prince was a bit desperate and wanted to force me to stay inside that castle. I kept on trying to escape and even one of my friends tried to rescue me (kyaah! *blushes*), but he was simply kicked out.

A few strokes before midnight, before the drawbridge would crumble away for another year... and the prince realised that this was not out of my free will and reunited me with my friend just before the drawbridge crumbled away...

The castle was alseep for another year...

After I woke up, I thought about why the people inside the castle couldn't just leave the castle. So I made up that if they wouldn't be inside the castle before midnight, they would die, unless the curse was lifted XP

Oh yeah, and nobody told me that I could lift the curse if I would stay out of free will. You know, TALKING often helps resolving a situation, you know?

But it was sooooo cool XP Why did I had to wake up??!

Oh yeah... work XD

Ehm... I'm rude now?

Heya all.

There's not much to say. Last night, I went to a musical from one of my swimming students. It has been ages since I've been one (last I 'saw' was the one I played in myself; 14 years ago). Musicals are a tradition for kids leaving elementary school, and usually it's filled with a cheesy story, bad jokes and bad acting.

Not this one. This one I REALLY enjoyed! The kid who played the bad guy... My goodness! He was AWESOME! His laughter (evil laughter!) was amazing and his movements were close to a theater-villan. After the show I told him I really enjoyed his acting and he didn't know what to reply but 'Ehm, thank you Ma'am...'. He probably even blushed (too dark to see XD)!

The other 'villan', was more the type 'I wanna be an evil villan and I sure am!'. That kid was SO CUTE too! It's the kind of villan you wanna hug!

The acting wasn't bad either. Sure, not all 12 years old are the best actors, but they played their roles well. There was also a kid in a wheelchair, who had one of the biggest roles. His dancing at the end was cool, but he could have been more confident of himself. He counted out loud and his arm movements were small. If he had faith in himself, his movements would have been way bigger. And he was a good actor too ^_^

One of the kids who sang a solo song had a beautiful voice. Sure, she missed a note here and there... but it's was chillingly pure! Such a great singer...

And the most amazing thing? The kids wrote the entire musical themselves! (... with the help of the adults of course XP). It was a fantasy story and it really had some shocking moments (I honestly expected the kids would drop that dragon egg; accidentally missing it, but the catching was amazing!). A little bit of romance, a bit of jealousy, friendship... and I think that something went wrong when someone had to undo the necklace... it seemed stuck. If it was indeed stuck, the other kid solved the situation amazingly: "You know, this might not be the time. You can give it back later." Two thumbs up!

When I left the theater, all kids complained about their ears; there was an annoyingly high pitched tone! No adult could hear it... it turns out that in order to make sure young people don't hang around the theater (grouping together, destroying things), they installed a high pitched tone only young people could hear. ... All parents suddenly felt so old... and some adults thought the kids were overreacting. "Well mom, if you would have been younger, you would have probably agreed with me!"

I felt old too, but when everyone had left and I was waiting for my ride, I could hear the tone slightely. I more felt a pressure in my ears and hear a distant tone, but that was when I was alone and totally focussing. But it means I'm not THAT old =D

As for the title...

Today I had a customer who was patched through. She didn't introduce herself, so, logically, I asked whom I was speaking too. "Didn't that other girl say that? Well, she should have! What's this for nonesence; I don't have to say my name twice! And I don't want to discuss this now, because I'm in a hurry!"
I was like: Excuse me? You are talking to someone new; isn't it the polite thing to do TO INTRODUCE YOURSELF?!

And in the end it turned out she had accepted an order 3 days ago and never noticed she had accepted it and already downloaded the form... giving us the blame... ¬¬

Meet Karma

Hello all,

I'd like you to meet Karma. Karma decided to pay me a visit today and boy, did she live up to her nickname ('Karma's a B****'). And she said to me: "Haven't you been complaining about the lack of rain lately? Well, don't worry, I brought Mister Rain with me. Kitt, meet Rain..."

And I've been soaking wet ever since I did one step out of the door XP. It's okay though, I mean, I said I wanted rain. And I got rain. ^_^

Yesterday I didn't feel good, so I pulled out my Sims1 game again. I actually wanted to build a new house, but I decided against it and pulled out an old family: Keiran and Naraku, with their adopted daughter Ember (from Elfquest! Someone made a Sim Body for my fav character!) Since Ember was playing all alone ever since the family started, I decided Keiran and Naraku should get a child. Ironically, their child was a girl XP I named her Yume. But Sims kids are always ugly; the bases simply don't look good. But luckily, it picked a downloaded face. ^_^. Yume has now dark blue hair in a long braid with green eyes. In the story, Yume has Lavender Blue (!) hair and Cupper eyes. So, it's not THAT far off ^_^ I'm happy!
Naraku was also an animal caretaker, but suddenly she started a new job O.o as a Movie star! Weeeeird. I wonder if Keiran will suddenly get a new job too.

Oh, and no worries. Without the cheats, I would have had no fun at all ^_^.

They promised!! T_T

Again they promised rain! Well, about 10 little drops fell from the sky, but that's it! No rain AGAIN! Did someone break the first law of Elemental Magic and summoned water??!

Other than that: the meeting I had went okay. Didn't get the result I wanted, but did get a lot of information. Processing data... We'll see what we'll do with it. Everyone wants my 'talents', but none want to pay. Well, your loss then XP I give quality and nothing less. I'll look for someone who is willing to pay for quality!

Work was fine. I had 2 customers who said the system promised them an automatic e-mail and, brace yourself... they waited 5 whole minutes!! The outrage! 5 minutes... *le gasp* It's hard to NOT get sarcastic then XP

And last but not least, to a certain man, who told me I was overreacting: I TOLD YOU SO! XD *gives ice pack*

Tick, tock, tick, tock

Today was freaking hot again ¬¬. The KNMI, the National Weather Central Thingie of the Netherlands promised us rain, thunder, the whole nine yards and two more. What did we get? SUN! DRY! HOT! I want my raaaaain T_T

Other than that, I finished drawing Mayonaka's reference. I still have no idea where I put the perfect skintone marker *sighs*. I'm gonna put it together now; I hope I didn't forget a title of her XP She has so many!

Well, that was about it. Tomorrow a meeting for my company, so wish me luck!

Time, time!

It's a saturday, it's 10 am... and I feel like I haven't done a single thing! While in truth... I haven't done a single thing XP Well, did my online stuff and read a whole manga, ever since 9 am, but still... I miss Swimming Class already?! Gaaah!

Anyway, since I've been only up for an hour, I will go and spend my day drawing on my room. It will be hot though O.o Wish me luck!

Hysteria!

Well, not really, but at least it got your attention!

Yesterday was flippin' hot and I didn't even know my work had that many windows that could open O.o. Still, it wasn't enough but than again, compared to the place we were a year ago, this has been a massive improvement! Okay, it was still warm, but at least we had fresh air. Two thumbs up for the one who arranged the move! When he comes back from his vacation, I will let him know that ^_^.

We also decided to close early, because of the little work and too many people (there are more places than just ours). Just when we wanted to leave, someone called at the intercom. While that happens more often, the time surprised us. I could make a whole long drama filled story, but the shortest version is:

An angry customer decided to pay us a visit so he could scare us into getting things his way

My senior/collegue kindly denied him access, telling him we don't have facilities to receive customers; our customer service acts by phone and e-mail. He threw a tantrum and a hissy fit (which scared me, I'm not good with people who threaten me, or near me) but was fully denied access.

Later it turned out that he refused to pay for items he ordered, until he would get the last item he ordered. Ehm, if you go to a store, you have to pay for the items you take along, right? Even if one item is still in backorder. However, according to the customer, the order of 3 cd's can be compare with ordering a kitchen: you don't pay for your kitchen until you have everything you ordered.
Today the main office contacted him and I don't know how things went, but I hope the customer still has to pay XP. I think he has to, because there was no mistake we made whatsoever...

Other than that: Kitty hates ice creams on sticks. Especially the 'dubbel dekkers', where there's one big ice cream on two sticks. Halfway things were dripping already... it's THE reason why I prefer cones XP

Passing time...

Well, today I won't have to start work until 2 pm. It's 1.5 hours later than usual, but that's okay. That way I can finish 2 Pen-i's and get some decent lunch.

Last night I started on Mayonaka's reference, but I think I used the wrong colour marker; her skin is waaay to dark XP I will redraw that image and use another marker; comparing them. Why can't I recall which marker I used in the huge-big-family-drawing?! It's not like I have many brown markers ¬¬.
And I found out I hadn't put the cap on one of the markers correctly. Result: mostly dried out. Sucks, since it's a skin tone. Luckily I didn't really use that one XD But it's still a waste. Plus those markers aren't sold seperately. *sighs* Maybe when I've run out of most I have to switch to Copic, because they are sold seperately *sighs again* Downside: really expensive and only available in the town next to mine... plus they only have the Ciao, which I think are NOT refillable. Luckily I have time to decide.
Edit: Oooh, they ARE refillable!

Oh-oh-oh! My book went to the printer/presses yesterday! It's only a matter of days now!! YAY!!! *dances*

PS. I want presents XD Dunno why; just want them XP

Hungry...

I am sooooo hungry... *growl* But I have to wait till dinner time! Other than that: it's hot again today. I almost finished my today's to do list and thanks to my dad I even have 2 ideas for a pen-i =D After I've updated the website, I will start on that.

Tomorrow I can sleep late, because work won't start till 2 pm XP. A bit late, but ah well. Like it has any use to protest. We ALL need to work, but there is simply little to do (Economic Crisis).

Oh yeah, reminds me off, a customer: "I wrote this book 10 years ago and it's absurd someone sells this book for 14 euro's second hand/used, while it costed 30 guilders 10 years ago, new!"
I calculated it, but 14 euro's is about 31 guilders.... such a massive high price for a discontinued old second hand book ¬¬ Yeah... so absurd indeed...
